Data only leaves the device if you use a service such as iCloud Drive; details are given for the individual apps. If data (e.g. scores, best times, &#8230;) is recorded, the data is only stored locally and can be reset either in the game settings or by restarting the app.<br>There are also no ads in my apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apps with AI features<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two apps are an exception: <strong>Text Simplifier<\/strong> and <strong>Reading Coach<\/strong> use artificial intelligence to simplify or generate texts. To do this, the text you entered is sent over the internet to an AI service. Nothing else is transmitted \u2013 no names, no user accounts, no usage profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This processing runs exclusively on <strong>servers within the European Union<\/strong> and is therefore subject to European law (GDPR). The texts are stored only for as long as the request takes and are <strong>not used to train AI models<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even so, please do not enter personal data. For sensitive content there are two ways to avoid any transmission to third parties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>On-device AI:<\/strong> On newer devices with Apple Intelligence, texts can be processed entirely on the device. They never leave it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Your own access (BYOK):<\/strong> In the settings you can enter your own API key and provider \u2013 for example a service run by your school or institution. The texts then go to that provider only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notizwerk<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notizwerk<\/strong> stores your notebooks on your device or, if you use it, in your own iCloud Drive. Syncing is handled by Apple through your iCloud account; as the developer I have no access to it and receive no data. Handwriting recognition, translation and the Apple Intelligence features run on the device. Audio recordings and scans stay in your notebooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es werden keinerlei pers\u00f6nliche Daten in meinen Apps aufgezeichnet. Daf\u00fcr wird der Text, den du eingibst, \u00fcber das Internet an einen KI-Dienst \u00fcbertragen. Mehr wird nicht \u00fcbermittelt \u2013 keine Namen, keine Benutzerkonten, keine Nutzungsprofile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Verarbeitung l\u00e4uft ausschlie\u00dflich \u00fcber <strong>Server innerhalb der Europ\u00e4ischen Union<\/strong> und unterliegt damit europ\u00e4ischem Recht (DSGVO). Die Texte werden dort nur f\u00fcr die Dauer der Anfrage gespeichert und <strong>nicht zum Training von KI-Modellen verwendet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bitte gib trotzdem keine personenbezogenen Daten ein. F\u00fcr sensible Inhalte gibt es zwei Wege ganz ohne \u00dcbertragung an Dritte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>KI auf dem Ger\u00e4t:<\/strong> Auf neueren Ger\u00e4ten mit Apple Intelligence k\u00f6nnen die Texte vollst\u00e4ndig auf dem Ger\u00e4t verarbeitet werden. Sie verlassen es dann nicht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eigener Zugang (BYOK):<\/strong> In den Einstellungen kannst du einen eigenen API-Schl\u00fcssel und einen eigenen Anbieter eintragen \u2013 zum Beispiel einen Dienst deiner Schule oder deines Tr\u00e4gers. Die Texte gehen dann ausschlie\u00dflich an diesen Anbieter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notizwerk<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notizwerk<\/strong> speichert deine Notizb\u00fccher auf deinem Ger\u00e4t oder \u2013 wenn du es nutzt \u2013 in deinem eigenen iCloud Drive. Die Synchronisierung \u00fcbernimmt Apple \u00fcber deinen iCloud-Account; ich als Entwickler habe darauf keinen Zugriff und erhalte keine Daten. Handschrifterkennung, \u00dcbersetzung und die Apple-Intelligence-Funktionen laufen auf dem Ger\u00e4t. Audioaufnahmen und Scans bleiben in deinen Notizb\u00fcchern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aucune donn\u00e9e personnelle n&#8217;est enregistr\u00e9e dans mes apps. Pour cela, le texte que tu saisis est transmis par internet \u00e0 un service d&#8217;IA. Rien d&#8217;autre n&#8217;est transmis \u2013 ni noms, ni comptes utilisateur, ni profils d&#8217;utilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce traitement s&#8217;effectue exclusivement sur des <strong>serveurs situ\u00e9s dans l&#8217;Union europ\u00e9enne<\/strong> et rel\u00e8ve donc du droit europ\u00e9en (RGPD). Les textes n&#8217;y sont conserv\u00e9s que le temps de la requ\u00eate et ne sont <strong>pas utilis\u00e9s pour entra\u00eener des mod\u00e8les d&#8217;IA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Merci de ne pas saisir de donn\u00e9es personnelles pour autant. Pour les contenus sensibles, deux possibilit\u00e9s \u00e9vitent toute transmission \u00e0 des tiers :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IA sur l&#8217;appareil :<\/strong> sur les appareils r\u00e9cents dot\u00e9s d&#8217;Apple Intelligence, les textes peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s enti\u00e8rement sur l&#8217;appareil. Ils ne le quittent alors pas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ton propre acc\u00e8s (BYOK) :<\/strong> dans les r\u00e9glages, tu peux indiquer ta propre cl\u00e9 API et ton propre fournisseur \u2013 par exemple un service de ton \u00e9cole ou de ton \u00e9tablissement. Les textes ne vont alors qu&#8217;\u00e0 ce fournisseur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notizwerk<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notizwerk<\/strong> enregistre tes carnets sur ton appareil ou, si tu l&#8217;utilises, dans ton propre iCloud Drive. La synchronisation est assur\u00e9e par Apple via ton compte iCloud ; en tant que d\u00e9veloppeur, je n&#8217;y ai pas acc\u00e8s et ne re\u00e7ois aucune donn\u00e9e. La reconnaissance de l&#8217;\u00e9criture manuscrite, la traduction et les fonctions Apple Intelligence s&#8217;ex\u00e9cutent sur l&#8217;appareil. Les enregistrements audio et les num\u00e9risations restent dans tes carnets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No se registra ning\u00fan dato personal en mis aplicaciones. Los datos solo salen del dispositivo si utilizas un servicio como iCloud Drive; los detalles se indican en cada aplicaci\u00f3n. Si se registran datos (por ejemplo, puntuaciones, mejores tiempos, etc.), estos solo se almacenan localmente y pueden restablecerse en los ajustes del juego o reiniciando la aplicaci\u00f3n.<br>Tampoco hay publicidad en mis aplicaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aplicaciones con funciones de IA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dos aplicaciones son una excepci\u00f3n: <strong>Text Simplifier<\/strong> y <strong>Reading Coach<\/strong> utilizan inteligencia artificial para simplificar o generar textos. Para ello, el texto que introduces se env\u00eda por internet a un servicio de IA. No se transmite nada m\u00e1s: ni nombres, ni cuentas de usuario, ni perfiles de uso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este tratamiento se realiza exclusivamente en <strong>servidores dentro de la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong> y est\u00e1 sujeto, por tanto, al derecho europeo (RGPD). Los textos solo se almacenan durante el tiempo que dura la consulta y <strong>no se utilizan para entrenar modelos de IA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aun as\u00ed, por favor no introduzcas datos personales. Para contenidos sensibles hay dos v\u00edas sin ninguna transmisi\u00f3n a terceros:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IA en el dispositivo:<\/strong> en dispositivos m\u00e1s nuevos con Apple Intelligence, los textos pueden procesarse por completo en el dispositivo. Los textos van entonces \u00fanicamente a ese proveedor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notizwerk<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notizwerk<\/strong> guarda tus cuadernos en tu dispositivo o, si lo utilizas, en tu propio iCloud Drive. La sincronizaci\u00f3n la realiza Apple a trav\u00e9s de tu cuenta de iCloud; como desarrollador no tengo acceso a ella ni recibo ning\u00fan dato. El reconocimiento de escritura a mano, la traducci\u00f3n y las funciones de Apple Intelligence se ejecutan en el dispositivo.
