“Number Finder” is an educational game to practice orientation in the number range up to 100.
Description of the app
Become a hundred field pro: Find numbers in the hundred field at lightning speed. Earn medals and a trophy by completing the winning rounds without making any mistakes:
- Bronze medal: 75 numbers are given and 15 numbers must be completed.
- Silver medal: 40 numbers are given and 18 numbers must be completed.
- Gold medal: There are only 10 numbers left and 20 numbers must be added. Attention: Now you have to be quick and find the number within about 15 seconds.
- Cup: No numbers are given and 40 numbers must be entered correctly.
Didactic notes
In this learning game for children in the 2nd to 3rd grade of primary and special needs schools, the placement of numbers up to 100 in the hundreds field is practiced, thereby promoting the development of an understanding of the structure of the decimal system. In order to find numbers in the hundreds field quickly and reliably, number relationships must be exploited, such as "64 is in the field below 54". Ideally, you have discussed and practiced such clever strategies with your child/student before they play with the app.
The game is child-friendly with no frills, distractions, advertising or paid extensions. No personal data is collected.
